Martin tried Nordic skiing at the encouragement of her friend and teammate, Heather Galeotalanza, in March 2019....She developed her impairment after a climbing accident....Immediately fell in love with the freedom and adventure that goes along with exploring trails...Since trying Nordic skiing she’s been training hard and working on improving her power and endurance for skiing. ...Her parents are Roger and Sharon Martin and she has one sibling, Gerrad Martin. ...Erin's hobbies are rowing, biking, camping and crossword puzzles.
