Personal: Morelli was commissioned in as a Second Lieutenant in 1996 as an engineer officer in the U.S. Army...She is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and the war in Afghanistan...After being injured in 2007, a trip to a local bike shop and exposure to competitive cycling at the 2010 Warrior Games helped begin her cycling career...She broke the women’s C4 pursuit world record at the 2016 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships...She continued that success at the Paralympic Games Rio 2016 where she became a two-time gold medalist on the track...Married to Carl Dick, who is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Arm...Hobbies include coaching, mentoring kids and public speaking about the importance of goals.
