What year did you begin lifting? I started lifting in high school (2004) and continued through my collegiate track and field career.  Once track was over I started training specifically for Olympic Lifting (August 2010).  

How did you get involved? My track coach (Scott Hall) said it would be a good thing for me to do if I still wanted to compete when track was over.
