Four U.S. Teams Earn Medals At IWWF Pan American Water Ski Championships

Four U.S. Water Ski Teams earned overall team medals and 12 U.S. athletes combined to earn 24 individual medals, including eight gold, at the 2022 IWWF Pan American Water Ski Championships, Nov. 29-Dec. 3, in San Bernardo, Chile.

2023 AWSA Proposed Rules Changes Announced

The American Water Ski Association's Rules Committee recently held its annual meeting and released the 2023 AWSA Proposed Rules Changes. These are the rules proposals that will be voted on at respective AWSA Regional Council meetings and the AWSA Mid-Winter Board of Directors Meeting.

Nautique, a National Sponsor of USA Water Ski & Wake Sports, has announced the dates and athlete qualifications for the 63rd Nautique Masters Water Ski and Wakeboard Tournament presented by GM Marine. The best water skiers and wakeboarders in the world will meet at Callaway Gardens, May 26-28, 2023 in Pine Mountain, Ga., to compete for one of the most prestigious titles in all of towed water sports.

The six-member team, selected by the American Water Ski Association’s International Activities Committee, will compete in the 19th IWWF World Under 17 Waterski Championships, Jan. 5-8, 2023, at Lago Los Morros in San Bernardo, Chile.
