Intent To Enter 2022 35+ Water Ski World Championships Deadline Is July 1

The U.S. Team Selection and Independent Skier Qualifications & Procedures for the 2022 IWWF 35+ World Water Ski Championships are now available. A 10‐member team will be selected to compete at the 2022 IWWF 35+ World Water Ski Championships. The tournament will be held September 12-18, 2022, at Ski Nautique Club de Bordeaux, Baurech Lake, France. The team will be announced on or about July 12, 2022.

Nine U.S. Athletes Win Titles At 22nd Junior U.S. Open

Nine U.S. water ski athletes won titles in respective events at the 22nd Junior U.S. Open Water Ski Championships, June 25-26, at Bell Acqua Lake 3 in Rio Linda, Calif. The two-round, world-record capability event featured junior men and junior women (ages 17 to 21) and boys and girls divisions (ages 16 and under). Some of the world's top junior water ski athletes competed for titles in slalom, tricks, jumping and overall.

Canada’s Miller Wins 55K WEST 4

Canada’s Dave Miller won the 55K WEST 4 on Sunday at Lake 38 in Quincy, Fla. 55K WEST (World Elite Slalom Tour) is a tournament series featuring some of the top men’s 35+ water skiers in the world battling it out in a cash prize head-to-head format. Miller defeated U.S. athlete Todd Kuykendall (Enid, Okla.) in the head-to-head final. The event was sponsored by Goode, Radar, and Masterline USA.

Rock Aqua Jays Win 2022 Mercury Marine Open

Another Successful Adaptive Learn To Ski Clinic For Veterans

USA Water Ski & Wake Sports’ Adaptive Sports Grant from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs funded another successful adaptive learn to water ski clinic for veterans with disabilities on Saturday, June 18 at Lake of the Woods in Locust Grove, Virginia. The clinic was hosted by Lake of the Woods Adaptive Watersports Foundation, a USA Water Ski & Wake Sports member club. Veterans and service members along with their families were invited to the event. The clinic provided veterans and service members with various disabilities a chance to try water skiing and various other adaptive water activities in a fun and safe way.

New Entry Procedures & Forms Posted For D1 & D2 Show Ski Nationals

U.S. To Host 2023 IWWF World Disabled Water Ski Championships

The International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation Executive Board has approved a bid from the Competitive and Recreational Disabled Skiers (C.A.R.D.S.), endorsed by USA Water Ski & Wake Sports, to host the 15th IWWF World Disabled Water Ski Championships, Sept. 11-17, 2023, at Shortline Lake in Elk Grove, Calif.
