- Nominee for Lowe's Senior Class Award, the nation's premier award for NCAA Senior Student-Athletes
- Played tennis competitively until middle of high school
- Started playing indoor volleyball in 2003 with Coast Volleyball Club, but finished junior career playing with Wave Volleyball Club
- Hobbies are hiking, tennis, DIY projects, ocean activities
- Never lived outside of southern California and is about to live in a different country for eight months
