Long Preparation for a Short Race
Cortney Martin Sept. 11, 2015
When our family sits down to Thanksgiving dinner, we often laugh about the meal that takes days and hours to plan and prepare that is then wolfed down in half an hour. 1 to 3
Amelia Bueche Aug. 03, 2015
The tough days of parenting and training bring wistful moments of simpler times with a natural pull back to our strengths and concern that the time spent with one sibling detracts from the other two. But these moments are fleeting and I am often surprised to find that I run better off the bike and the love for my children is greatest witnessing them interact lovingly with one another.
