Tri For Change

USA Triathlon has developed Tri For Change, a program centered around helping kids discover the sport of triathlon, learn how to live a healthy lifestyle, meet new friends and get in shape — all while having fun.

About Tri For Change

Tri For Change is a program centered around kids discovering the sport of triathlon, learning how to live a healthy lifestyle, meeting new friends and getting in shape — all while having fun. The Tri For Change program is made up of chapters across America. Each chapter is dedicated to providing a positive sport experience while teaching life skills.  Participants will learn basic swimming, biking and running skills, as well as teamwork, fair play and respect. Along with the development of key values and character traits such as honesty, teamwork, fair play, respect and self-esteem; Tri For Change participants will learn and develop physical skills like strong swimming.  Triathlon is a lifelong sport — our goal is to get kids involved now!
