For 30 years, American age group athletes have competed on Team USA for those reasons and many more. What started as a small, ragtag group of Americans representing their country in 1989 in Avignon, France, Team USA has now blossomed into a community of thousands of past and present members.
From Maine to Oregon, Team USA spans the country, bringing together a diverse group of Americans who travel the world competing in multisport events and experiencing as close as an age group athlete can get to feeling like an Olympian.
