Talent Scout Program

We are unveiling an NCAA Talent Scout Program to identify and recruit high school female athletes across the United States with college triathlon potential. As a talent scout, you play an important role to help spread the word about NCAA triathlon to your existing athletes, local triathlon, running and swim clubs, and local high schools, to educate them about triathlon as an NCAA sport. We will have additional resources to help connect these athletes with college coaches, giving them the opportunity to explore what it’s like to compete in triathlon at the collegiate level.

Although males are not the focus of this recruitment effort, if you come across a male that is interested in competing in a collegiate triathlon club program, you can identify them as considerations for coaches of our 132 collegiate clubs.

If you are interested in becoming a Talent Scout, reach out to ncaa.intern@usatriathlon.org for an application and more information.
