The USAT State Championship event will be organized by a Local Organizing Committee/State Association (LOC/SA) with guidance from USA Taekwondo. The contract to organize and conduct the event is made between the LOC/SA and USA Taekwondo to help ensure these events are of the quality USA Taekwondo desires.
