What is your most memorable experience/result as a coach?

My most memorable experience as a coach is not a specific one. Every time I'm able and allowed to share with one of my athletes a moment of common success, shared joy and general progress, that is very special and happiness for me. To see the satisfaction and delight of my athletes, this is pure pleasure.
