Arizona Aqua Stars

Since 2005, our team has become a National force in Synchronized Swimming! Our coaching staff has taken our athletes to 7 National Age Group Championship Titles and 10 placements on USA National Teams. This is more than all other Arizona clubs combined! Our coaching staff ensures that every swimmer gets the high quality coaching that the Aqua Stars are known for. Our team philosophy is that even our youngest swimmers deserve excellent coaching. It is imperative to any athlete learning Synchro that they learn using proper techniques in order to reach their full potential.

Arizona Desert Dolphins

The Arizona Desert Dolphins is an amateur synchronized swim team and member of USA Synchro. We practice in Mesa, Arizona. Our swimmers range in age, on both a recreational and competitive level. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. With nationally ranked athletes and award winning coaches, the Arizona Desert Dolphins continue to succeed at all competitive levels. We are always looking for talented athletes with a love of music and water sports to join our team. Just grab a swimsuit, cap, goggles and nose clip and hop in! Arizona Desert Gems

ADG is a non-profit amateur synchronized swim team that has been in existence since 1988. ADG is based in Glendale, AZ. The team philosophy is to have fun, while every team member realizes their full physical, mental and emotional potential in Synchronized Swimming. We strive to create a positive environment where our swimmers learn to be good team members, set, goals, learn time management and be well-rounded athletes and students.

Scottsdale Synchro Arizona

Scottsdale Synchro Arizona is a competitive team with elite athletes with experienced coaches Olivia (Xinya) Zhang, Jamie Kuchan, Emily Tishkoff, Jessica Webb, Katie Bitz, Diane Nowak, Jennifer Calvetti, and Jaime Burton. Two of our swimmers competed at PanAm games with US national team and brought home Gold (Sep 2016). We also have a unique introductory synchronized swimming program. Learn basic synchronized swimming techniques including arm strokes, sculling, eggbeater, ballet legs and compulsory figures.
