Members of the media interested in receiving regular news about USA Softball events or athletes should send an email to media@usasoftball.com requesting to be added to our distribution list.
Members of the media interested in conducting an interview with any USA Softball National Team athlete, coach or official or representative of USA Softball should send a request to Morgan Palmer, Communications Manager.
USA Softball welcomes coverage at our events, and has established a media accreditation policy to provide members of the media with a clear understanding of how media credentials and requests are processed. All media members wishing to cover USA Softball events should submit a credential request form and must have cleared a background check through the National Office. Please email a copy of your completed background check and Credential Request forms to Morgan Palmer, Communications Manager.

Media credentials are reserved for members of the working press only, and are granted at the discretion of the USA Softball Communications Staff.

USA Softball's Communications Department reserves credentials for members of the media for the following annual events:
- "Stand Beside Her" tour
- USA Softball International Cup and Border Battle
- USA Softball National Team Tour Stops
- GOLD National Championships
- USA Softball JO Cup
- USA Softball All-American Games
- USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex Events*
For all other USA Softball events, including National Championships, media should contact the local event organizer for accreditation information.
*Media wishing to cover the NCAA Women's College World Series should visit the NCAA website at http://www.ncaa.com/media.
Media seeking to cover USA Softball National Team Events must submit a credential request form and must have cleared a background check through the National Office. Please email a copy of your completed background check and Credential Request forms to Morgan Palmer, Communications Manager.
