Son of Starlett and Charles Isles...Is one of 11 children in his family...Discovered rugby while training as a track and field athlete at Ashland University and began competing in June 2012 after he fell short of making the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team in track and field...Internationally known as the “fastest man in rugby”...Made his debut for the U.S. national rugby sevens team in October 2012, scoring a try in his first minute of play as a substitute...Had a brief stint with the Detroit Lions in 2013, but ultimately resisted overtures from the NFL to focus solely on his rugby career.
