Christian Keesler- I am a recent 2014 high school graduate from Wayne High School in Fort Wayne where I currently live with my mom and dad. I have an older brother, two nieces and one nephew. Some of my hobbies outside of skating are cycling, skateboarding, drawing, and video games.

I was introduced to speed skating when I was 5 years old. My competitive aspect started when I was 10. I immediately discovered the intense drive that I have for the sport. In 2009 an outdoor clinic was held and there I met my coach Jay Ingram. From then on I have competed and traveled all over the world. France, Belgium, just to name a few.

I have always had a strong competitive drive and speed skating has presented a strong challenge for me.  My love for the sport has not only fed my drive to be the very best but has also strengthened me mentally and physically.

I believe that to be a great athlete in speed skating, you need to be disciplined, dedicated, and goal oriented. Making the Jr. World Team is a goal I have had since I can remember, and I am proud to say that I have achieved this goal by making the 2014 Jr. World Team.

I have made skating my life and have many goals to achieve, so keep following me who knows where I will end up.
