Interested in competing at the next level?

If you are an experienced player looking to compete at the highest level, and you are older than 35, Masters is for you! U.S Masters Field Hockey in conjunction with International Hockey Federation (FIH) and the International Masters Hockey Association (IMHA) help grow the sport worldwide and provide international competition for adults. Since the IMHA was founded in 2007, Masters hockey has grown from just a few teams to more than 70 from around the globe. Tournaments include the Masters World Cup, with age divisions starting at 40+, and the Grand Masters World Cup, organized by the World Grand Masters Association and serving player 60 years of age and older. Other international events include the Golden Oldies, a tournament for players over 35 years of age. Additional tournaments in the United States and internationally have also been established to develop Masters level of play and foster positive social relations amongst the international field hockey community.

The U.S. Men's and Women's Masters Teams hold annual tryouts. For more information about Team USA Masters tryouts and tournaments, visit the U.S. Masters page by clicking here.
