The field hockey world has gone from primarily a fall sport to a sport that is enjoyed year-round. There are many reasons that athletes decide to join a club. Some join to play recreationally or further develop their skills. Others may want to play collegiately or aspire to the Olympic dream. Many play just for the love of the game.
USA Field Hockey supports its Member Clubs through various programs and offerings no matter what level of club you are or are striving to become.

To sign your club up for a USA Field Hockey Membership, follow the steps below:
- Identify who will be your Club Administrator. This will be the person responsible for maintaining the club account in USA Field Hockey’s system including renewing the club membership, submitting rosters for events and updating club contact information when needed.
- Once you have identified who the Club Administrator will be, this person will register as a Coach or Umpire Member with USA Field Hockey. If you will be the administrator, click here to become a member.
After the Club Administrator’s membership is active (complete the application, pass the background screening and complete SafeSport training), they will be able to create the Club Membership by logging in to her/his account.

USA Field Hockey has partnered with SportsEngine to provide our members with easy to use club management tools including custom website design, tournament and league registration software, and much more!

As a USA Field Hockey member club you are able to participate in premier field hockey events such as National Hockey Festival, National Indoor Tournament, Regional and National Club Championships, the Disney Showcase, The Summer Bash Series, as well as sanctioned events across the country.

Club Administrators receive access to a specialized page within their membership account. The page allows you to register for events, perform roster verification, renew your club membership, manage your club’s information, and see which athletes are affiliated with your club.

In partnership with EPIC Entertainment & Sports, USA Field Hockey provides general liability and additionally insured insurance coverage for approved club activities. Included in the coverage is certificates of insurance that you can provide to facilities.
