Club Lewy

Our club coaches are very dedicated to each player's overall development. The process is to encourage athletes to reach beyond their boundaries by teaching "self motivating skills" that allow them to succeed not just in sport, but also in everyday life. Each athlete is taught the important values of exercise, strength conditioning, good nutrition habits, mental toughness, confidence, self control, leadership, respect, cooperation, goal setting, and team unity. Our program success lies directly in the positive learning experiences our players receive and the fun they have doing it. Young student athletes who are properly "self motivated" will seek out a quality lifestyle that they can be very proud of; we call it the, "Lewy Lifestyle".
