Personal: Daughter of Kevin and Laura Cook...Has five siblings: Kevin, Kara, Kelsey, Kylie and Kendall...Kassidy started diving at the age of three, and her sister, Kara, was a diver at Purdue University...She says she is extremely good at Games of Thrones, Star Wars and Harry Potter trivia (she also claims she can recite any of the Harry Potter spells)...Always gets her nails done before a competition...Kassidy narrowly missed making the 2012 Olympic team by .42 points and then was away from competition for two years while recovering from shoulder and knee surgeries ...She says the hardest part about training is weight lifting and the mental training having to do with injuries....During competition, she likes to dance, listen to music (Drake, Major Lazer and Taylor Swift are among her favorites) color and stretch between dives...Her favorite dive is 305B, and her favorite diver is Wu Minxia...Enjoys cooking and reading...Majoring in communications at Stanford...Took the 2015-2016 school year off to train at home with Ken Armstrong at The Woodlands Diving Academy
