Frank Del Duca was born on Sunday, July 7, 1991 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The native of Bethel, Maine participated in soccer, skiing, track and field and baseball while in high school. Upon graduation, Del Duca attended the University of Maine, where he was a member of the track and field team, competing in sprints and the long jump. He graduated from Maine with a Bachelor's of Science degree in kinesiology and physical education.

He was first introduced to the sport of bobsled by his track coach, who participated in bobsled for a year. 

FUN FACTS

- He used to prep and race cars in an Autocross club.
- He has a soft spot for dogs, especially his dog Sonni.
- He is undefeated in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2.
