5280 Synchro

5280 Synchro is a private, non-profit, competitive synchronized swim team based in Boulder, Colorado. 5280 competes in local, regional, and national competitions, and have placed in the top ten at the Age Group National Championship. Our team strives to promote the values of good sportsmanship, physical and mental health, and a sense of community both within the team and with the local community. The goal of the team is to promote the growth of its athletes through participation in team training and competition. Each athlete will learn and practice swim techniques and routines, maintain a strong commitment to their teammates, and learn and exhibit personal responsibility in an atmosphere of dedication and fun. 5280 Synchro practices from September through May (June for Junior Olympic athletes) at the South Boulder Recreation Center and University Colorado, Boulder pools, both located at the base of the beautiful Flatirons Mountains. We warmly welcome new members to join us at any time.

Fort Collins Synchronized Swimming

FCS was founded in 1973, and is the longest continuously running club sports team for girls in Fort Collins. Youth aged 6-19 are provided with everything, from the very basics of swimming instruction, through the advanced skill required for synchronized swimming at a competitive level. With our program, the kids and teens gain physical stamina and build confidence. They learn to work together as a team, and practice good sportsmanship on a daily basis, all while having fun! Practices occur in the mornings June and July each summer.

Rocky Mountain Splash Synchronized Swim Team

Rocky Mountain Splash is a nationally competitive Synchronized Swim team based in Denver, Colorado. Splash is the largest and highest ranked team in Colorado with over 40 swimmers ranging in age from 6 to 18 and a staff of 8 coaches. We compete locally, nationally, and internationally and offer lessons and competitive programs for swimmers of all levels. The goal of the team is to promote the health and growth of its athletes through participation in team oriented training and competition. The team promotes the sport of synchronized swimming and encourages its members to attain their highest level of achievement based on individual and team potential. Each team member is expected to learn and practice swim techniques, teamwork, responsibility, and sportsmanship in an environment of dedicated effort and fun.

Synchronized Swimming at CSU

Open to all full-time students at CSU. No prior synchro experience necessary. Practices 2-3 times a week. Club is run by the student-members. No scholarships are available. Fees are around $200 per semester. Fundraising is necessary to pay for travel. Lots of support and coaching available from former students still in the area, the local age group club, and the Rocky Mountain Association. Amount and level of competition varies each year depending on the goals of the current season's membership. Come to Colorado!
