This year's symposium will include world-renowned experts in various fields of coach education and athlete development. We will cover a range of topics focused on improving your skill as a coach to create measurable and lasting impacts with your athletes. Keynote speakers and breakout sessions will allow you to tailor your experience to your needs. Key presenters include U.S. Olympic Committee staff, USA Archery National Head Coaches, USA Archery staff and other subject matter experts.

Registration is now open for the 2018 Coach Symposium. Initial registration is open to all USA Archery Level 2 Certified Instructors and higher who are members in good standing with USA Archery and International participants through May 31, 2018.

Registration will open to USA Archery Level 1 Certified Instructors and current USA Archery members in good standing starting on June 1, 2018.

National Registration

Early registration - through July 31, 2018 ($300)

Regular registration - August 1 - September 18, 2018 ($350)

Late registration - September 19 - October 5, 2018 ($400)

  International Registration


International registration is available for coaches and athletes who do not reside in the United States for $1,000. Please contact Guy Krueger directly at to register as an international participant.


Any cancellations before or on October 10, 2018 will result in a 15% cancellation fee. After October 10, 2018 refunds will not be issued.

Host Hotel

The host hotel is the Double Tree by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport with a rate of $99/night (plus taxes and fees). Book your room here. The Double Tree by Hilton Salt Lake City offers free airport transportation for guests. Participants who stay off-site are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and will need to arrange for their own airport transportation. The $99 rate is only available Friday-Sunday night.  Those arriving on Thursday night, please contact Stacey Chacon at 801.578.4464 to get the $149 rate for Thursday and the $99 rate Friday through Sunday.
