Personal: Outside of speed skating, Ethan enjoys track and field in the warmer months. Being from the greater Chicago area, Ethan is an avid Chicago Cubs and Chicago Blackhawks fan. His most memorable speed skating moment was watching Shani Davis win Gold in the 1000m race at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games.
