Out of all the places Conor has traveled for speed skating, his favorite place is in Helsinki, Finland. “It was my first international competition, and we got to explore the city a lot more than I have in subsequent international trips. The rink was outdoors, and the sunsets made the sky light pink and purple when we were skating in the evening. “
