Ability360 - Paralympic Sport Phoenix

Ability360 is a 45,000-square foot, $13 million dollar facility located in Phoenix, Arizona. The Sports & Fitness Center offers a wide variety of amenities to help people with all types of disabilities achieve their health, fitness, recreational, and sport goals. Our fitness center has wheelchair accessible weight machines, an aquatic area equipped with lifts and elevators, accessible locker rooms, and more!

Arizona Disabled Sports - Paralympic Sport Mesa

Recognizing the importance of recreational, leisure and competitive opportunities that contribute to the quality of life, the primary mission of Arizona Disabled Sports is to provide a variety of programs and activities to individuals with disabilities. Toward this end, Arizona Disabled Sports will work to educate, inform and include the community in a comprehensive effort to provide year round activities. Through participation, the athlete will realize individual accomplishment, self-esteem, respect for themselves and others. Our vision is a community that creates opportunities and empowers individuals of all abilities through sports and recreation.

City of Phoenix Adaptive Recreation (Daring Adventures)

Daring Adventures is an outdoor adventure based recreation program for individuals with and without disabilities. The goal of Daring Adventures is to bring out the adventurous spirit in everyone. There are many benefits of participating in Daring Adventures programs including the use of specialized adaptive equipment and experienced staff to teach you the fundamentals. The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department supports the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and full inclusion of participants with disabilities. Funding for these programs is generously provided by our non-profit organization, River of Dreams.

Southern Arizona Association for the Visually Impaired (SAAVI)

Southern Arizona Association for the Visually Impaired has been working with blind and visually impaired people since 1964 and serves over 2,000 blind and visually impaired clients per year. SAAVI was formed by two sisters for visually impaired individuals and has made innovative changes in the past 45 years with a goal to provide dynamic and progressive programs and services to meet the needs of people with a vision loss.

University of Arizona Adaptive Athletics - Paralympic Sport Tucson

The University of Arizona Adaptive Athletics Program houses six competitive teams as well as an adaptive fitness center. In its 42 year history, Adaptive Athletics has sent 33 athletes to the Paralympics and has won a number of national titles, making this program a leader in the adaptive and wheelchair sports community.
