PyeongChang 2018

Olympic Winter Games: Feb. 9-25 | Paralympic Winter Games March 9-18

The 2018 Olympic Winter Games will take place Feb. 9-25 in PyeongChang, South Korea, followed by the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games March 9-18.  The sport venues will be split between a mountain cluster in PyeongChang and a coastal cluster in the nearby town of Gangneung. The mountain cluster will host all ski and snowboard events as well as bobsled, skeleton and luge. The coastal cluster will host the opening and closing ceremonies and ice events, including figure skating, speedskating, ice hockey and curling.

Buenos Aires 2018

Youth Olympic Games: Oct. 1-12 

The 2018 Youth Olympic Games will run from Oct. 1-12 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Nearly 3,800 athletes representing 206 nations are expected to participate in what is slated to be the first fully gender-equal Olympics. The 12-day competition for athletes between the ages of 14 and 18 will feature all 28 sports on the program for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. The third second summer edition of the Youth Olympic Games will also include innovative events that are not on the Olympic program. Among the non-Olympic events will be Futsal – a form of five-a-side football – BMX freestyle, kiteboarding, beach handball and cross-country running, as well as mixed gender and/or mixed country team events.
