Hiring Process

We are dedicated to recruit and retain a highly qualified and diverse staff to accomplish the goals of the U.S. Olympic Committee.  Below is an overview and what you can expect as a candidate:

After your resume has been received, HR will conduct resume screening and work with the hiring manager to schedule interviews.
You will be notified if you are selected for an interview. If you are not selected you will be contacted via email.
Candidates selected for an interview may first be asked to complete a telephone interview.
To complete the hiring process and to further narrow the candidate pool, candidates will be asked to complete an application, register for a background check and reference checks will be completed.
