Terris "T" Tiller

Athlete Career Coach, Personal Growth Programs

Known throughout the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic family simply as “T,” Terris Tiller utilizes his experiences as a former world-class athlete and 10-plus years with the USOPC to drive athletes towards success on and off the playing field. Prior to joining the ACE team in July, 2015, T served in Athlete Services-Operations for eight years, enhancing the resident life experience of athletes living and training at the Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center (CSOPTC). Following a successful collegiate career as a middle distance runner at Trinity University, T came to the Olympic movement as a modern pentathlon athlete, where he become a stand-out fencer and runner in the multi-discipline sport. As a career coach, T pushes athletes to uphold the ideals of the Olympism and savor the unique opportunity to serve as a representative of Team USA. When not working on behalf of athletes, one would be hard pressed to catch T as he loves to travel and reconnect with friends.

Megan Walther

Athlete Career Coach, Education Programs

As a member of the University of California, Berkeley women’s field hockey team, a two-year captain and four-year starter, Megan Walther knows what it’s like to train and compete while obtaining a degree. She also understands that the transition to retirement looks different on everyone and manifests itself in many ways. In February 2017, Megan joined the ACE team as an athlete career coach specializing in education resources where she leverages her athletics involvement, background in education, and experience in a variety of different sport industries to help Team USA achieve career and education goals. Prior to joining ACE, Megan worked junior national events with USA Volleyball, interned with the USOPC, and advised student-athletes on career and life skills with the athlete services team at Cal while she pursued her masters of education at the University of Washington. When Megan isn’t researching scholarships or guiding athletes through the wide world of higher education, you can find her enjoying the outdoors whether it be camping, hiking, snowboarding or climbing 14ers. A California native, she is always on the hunt for the best tacos and traveling to the ocean as much as possible.

Angel Bovee, GCDF, CCSP

Athlete Career Coach, The Adecco Program

Angel Bovee knows what it is like to be an elite athlete and put it all on the line for a dream! After a successful career as a television producer, Angel quit her job to pursue her passion to represent the U.S. on the world’s largest stage. She became a three-time U.S. boxing champion that represented Team USA in two World Championships. After gaining her master’s degree in 2011, she joined Adecco as a Specialist for the USOPC’s Athlete Career and Education Program. The demands of juggling a work schedule and a full-time training regimen to chase an Olympic or Paralympic dream can be daunting, and the Athlete Career and Education program helps Olympic and Paralympic athletes gain career experience and a paycheck while pursuing their dreams of gold.

Jennifer Henderson, JCTC, JCDC

Athlete Career Coach, The Adecco Group

Jennifer Henderson spent 15 years in corporate America as a director of operations, talent development and leadership programs. She has a passion for helping people find true joy in their work and striving for more than they thought possible. Her company, TiLT, helps companies and working parents navigate work/life integration when employees start having kids. She competed in dressage through college, loves to run and do anything outdoors with her two kids and hubby.

Cathlyn Stahl, CCSP

Athlete Career Coach, The Adecco Group

Cathlyn understands what it’s like to be a collegiate athlete training and obtaining dual bachelor’s degrees. She knows how challenging the transition out of sport into the next phase can be. After graduating, she moved to Ithaca, NY to pursue her master’s degree with a sport psychology concentration. After obtaining her degree in 2016, she moved to Colorado to pursue working with Team USA athletes. Cathlyn joined Adecco as a Career Coach for the USOPC’s Athlete Career and Education Program in 2019. Prior to joining the team, Cathlyn worked as the Elite Education Lead for the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency educating Team USA athletes and athlete support personnel. When she’s not working, you can find Cathlyn skiing, hiking and exploring.

Jessie Nerkowski

Business Strategy Analyst

Tar Heel bred, Jessie joined the ACE team shortly after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill. During college Jessie captained her field hockey team to the NFHL National Championship, served as president of the Carolina Athletic Association, toured diverse groups around campus, all while teaching middle school students about college. Away from ACE you will find Jessie coaching high school field hockey, cheering on the Heels, playing ice hockey or any new sport she can find, and exploring her new home in the Rockies via snowboard and mountain bike.
