What

The United States Olympic Committee will be starting its inaugural American Development Model (ADM) and Youth Sport Symposium to invite the National Governing Bodies of sport, High Performance Management Organizations, major Multi-Sport Organization in the US and interested youth sports enthusiasts and partners to the symposium to share best practice around building the best youth sport experience for American sport. 

  • This three-day event is a combination of presentation-style lectures paired with highly interactive breakout group discussions and finished with workshop style think-tanks on activation. 
  • This event caters to NGBs/HPMOs, MSOs and partner organizations (invited by the USOC).
  • General public/enthusiasts are invited to attend and will have a small admin fee to pay for the event ($125) to cover food and fees.
  • In order to foster an environment for rich content and conversation participation is limited to 200 attendees.
  • Each NGB/HPMO and MSO will be allowed to have 2 reps attend at no cost. They will get an advanced registration link from August 1 – Sept 1; after that all event spots will be open to the public.
  • All attendees must stay offsite at local hotels and travel and accommodations are at your own expense (USOC will provide lunches, reception and dinner on night 1 and attendance materials for the event)

U.S. Olympic Training Center, 1 Olympic Plaza, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 (Use the Boulder St. entrance to access the complex.)

All attendees must stay off-site at their own expense. The USOC will have shuttle service from the Antlers to the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center (conference site), and room rate including Wi-Fi and parking has been established for this event to help you arrange accommodations:
