Chicken and Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo


1/2 cup Chobani(R) Greek Yogurt Whole Milk Plain
12 shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz. chicken breast, chopped
2 oz. chorizo, dry, chopped
1/2 lb. fettuccine pasta
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup white wine
1 tsp. garlic, peeled, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup parmesan
2 tbsp. parsley, fresh, chopped
1 tbsp. extra virgin oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper


1. Place a large pot of salted water on the stove and bring up to a constant boil. Drop the pasta into the boiling water and cook until almost finished but still slightly undercooked. Remove pasta from boiling water and run under cold water to stop the cooking process. Toss extra virgin olive oil on the noodles so they do not stick, put to the side. 

2. Put a large skillet on medium heat and add chorizo and butter. Cook for 1 minute and add garlic, and chicken and shrimp, stirring occasionally until the chicken and shrimp are cooked through. Add white wine and reduce until it is almost gone. Add heavy cream and reduce by half. Add noodles to sauce and cook for 2 minutes or until warmed through. 

3. Remove from the heat and add Parmesan cheese and Chobani Greek Yogurt and mix until fully incorporated. Season with salt, pepper, fresh parsley, and serve.
