Equipment

Please be informed that all adaptive equipment needs to be submitted for review by the IPC (1) month prior to his or her first event. WPSB Equipment Rules can be found here: WPSB Equipment Rules.

An athlete must submit the form below and photos at least one (1) month prior to the first event they wish to compete in, with a clear explanation and a minimum of five (5) high resolution pictures (different angles) attached to the form.

Please submit all documentation to Jessica Smith at Jessica.Smith@usopc.org. If documents are received after the one month deadline there is no guarantee that the form will be review and approved in time for the athlete to be cleared to compete.
