United World Wrestling held its press conference at the start of the 2019 World Wrestling Championships at Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan on Saturday, September 14.

2018 World Greco-Roman silver medalist Adam Coon of the United States was one of the featured speakers in the press conference.The other featured athlete was 2016 Olympic gold medalist Erica Wiebe of Canada.

UWW President Nenad Lalovic answered numerous questions about current events within international wrestling.

Also among those interviewed were Yerlan Zhozhabsby of the Local Organizing Committee in Nur-Sultan and Saken Mussaibekov of the Kazakhstan Olympic Committee.
