What is Sports Performance - Kids?

Sports Performance - Kids is a technique based 6-week training program to introduce kids ages 9-13 to teach the fundamentals of strength training and the Olympic lifts. Each 6-week session will end in a group in house competition.

What is Sports Performance - Juniors?

Sports Performance - Juniors is a technique and strength based 6-week training program to introduce kids ages 13-17 an in-depth overview of strength training and the Olympic lifts. Each 6-week session will end in a group in house competition.

What is Sports Performance and Fitness - Adults?

Sports Performance and Fitness - Adults is an Olympic lifting focused program on strength training and competition. Each 6-week session will end in a group in house competition.

Weekend Clinics

Weekend clinics will provide 6 hours of training to improve your knowledge of the Olympic lifts and explosiveness training to improve overall athleticism and sports performance.

Weightlifting Team

Weightlifting teams will compete at local, regional, and national competitions through USA Weightlifting. Participants will compete in the snatch and the clean and jerk. Teams are open and inclusive to all ages and genders.

Recognition

USA Weightlifting will provide certificates of completion to all participants who complete any of the 6-week programs.
