2019 High School Throwdown Winners Announced

The results are in for USA Weightlifting’s 2nd annual High School Throwdown, a video-based online competition aimed at identifying high schooler’s weightlifting talent. With more than 200 participants, the 2019 Throwdown boasted stiff competition for lifters in all body weight categories.

Each of this year’s individual winners earned a trophy and an invitation to training camp to work with USA Weightlifting’s high-performance team at the Rogue Fitness headquarters in Columbus, OH.
