Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk (Part-Time)


Summary

USA Weightlifting, the Strongest Team in America, is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our Finance Department. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

-Enter and pay Accounts Payable invoices through QuickBooks

-Manage Accounts Receivable invoices and payments

-Record daily bank deposits in QuickBooks

-Perform bank account reconciliations

-Filing of invoices

-Other duties as required to support the Finance Department


Skills:

- Ability to understand and follow the USA Weightlifting financial and other policies.

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of financial practices and bookkeeping.

- Maintain appropriate confidentiality on USA Weightlifting financial matters.

- Customer service-minded and provide outstanding, unrelenting customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

- Organizational skills, attention to detail. Completes all work assignments.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Professional appearance and attitude.

- Ability to show-up to work prepared and on-time.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma

- 1-3 years experience in bookkeeping/AP/AR

- Microsoft Office proficiency 


Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher

- 3-5+ years experience in bookkeeping/AP/AR

- Experience with QuickBooks

- Experience with Expensify

- Experience working in a non-profit organization

Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week
