COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Aug. 8, 2013) – Players and coaches from the U.S. Men’s National Team took to the sand on Aug. 3 to be part of the 10th Annual JAYO Celebrity-Pro-Am Charity Invitational Volleyball Tournament at Dockweiler State Beach in Playa del Rey, Calif.

The event is organized each year by actor and former University of Hawaii volleyball player Jason Olive and benefitted the U.S. Youth Volleyball League.

“This was a day for us to share our sport that has given us so much with the next generation of ballers and also earn some money for some good causes,” said U.S. Men’s Assistant Coach Matt Fuerbringer, who attended along with U.S. Men’s Head Coach John Speraw and Assistant Coach Mike Wall.

U.S. beach players Angie Akers, Dain Blanton, Jenny Johnson-Jordan, Annett Davis, Ty Loomis and Jesse Rambis also participated.
