REGION SPECIFIC CHANGES

 

Certain changes cannot be made by USA Volleyball members in Webpoint or by the USA Volleyball office. These changes include:

  • Name Changes
  • Date Of Birth
  • Club Updates
  • Age Waivers
  • Region Transfers
  • Refunds

If one of the above changes need to be made to a member's profile please contact your specific Region office.  A list of the USA Volleyball Regions can be found by CLICKING HERE.

 

Coaching Education Programs FAQ

 

If you have "Club Admin" access for your club and you belong to one of these regions: North Country, Southern or Southern California, please contact USA Volleyball at registration@usav.org with your full name and date of birth.

How do I log into USAV Academy?
  1. Go to https://webpoint.usavolleyball.org/
  2. Login to your membership record
  3. Click on the red "Login to USAV Academy" button at the bottom of your home screen

What is the link to the USAV HelpDesk?

IMPACT HELPFUL HINTS:

  • IMPACT onDemand will not run properly on any mobile device, you must use either Windows PC or Mac computer
  • Google chrome has proven to be the most stable environment in which to run our coursework
  • Periodically (every few pages) use the Exit & Bookmark button to ensure your work is saved
  • For questions specific to IMPACT courses please submit these using the USAV Helpdesk

There are three USA Volleyball regions who utilize different registration systems. These regions are North Country, Southern and Southern California. Below you will find links to each region's registration website. Please contact that specific region if you need assistance with your USA Volleyball membership registration.

How to request user login information in webpoint:
1. Go to webpoint.usavolleyball.org
2. Press "Request a login"
3. Follow Instructions on following pages

What if I forgot my Webpoint login information? | BACK TO WEBPOINT FAQ

If after selecting "Forgot password" does not work, you can contact your Region or USAV Webpoint. Please send an email and provide the members: FULL NAME and DATE OF BIRTH.

Where is my Membership Number located? | BACK TO WEBPOINT FAQ

Your membership number can be found on your membership card or can be found in your Webpoint account under MEMBER PROFILE/MEMBERSHIP tab.

How do I add a club to my membership? | BACK TO WEBPOINT FAQ

1. When logged into your Webpoint account go to MEMBER AREA on left hand tool bar, click to expand

2. Next, go to MEMBER PROFILE on left hand tool bar

3. On this page please look for dark blue box titled "Region/Club Selection

4. In the drop down box please select your appropriate change

NOTE: If you have selected the wrong club while registering, you must contact your region in order to correct this error. To find what region you belong to and their contact information please click HERE.

How do I upgrade my membership? | BACK TO WEBPOINT FAQ

1. When logged into your Webpoint account go to MEMBER AREA on left hand tool bar, click to expand

2. Next, go to RENEW MEMBERSHIP on left hand tool bar

3.This will prompt you to your upgrade options based on which region you are from

How do I print my membership card? | BACK TO WEBPOINT FAQ

1. When logged into your Wepoint account go to MEMBER AREA on left hand tool bar, click to expand

2. Next, go to PRINT MEMBERSHIP CARD on left hand tool bar

How do I update my email address in Webpoint? | BACK TO WEBPOINT FAQ

1. When logged into your Webpoint account go to MEMBER AREA on left hand tool bar, click to expand

2. Next, go to MEMBER PROFILE on left hand tool bar

3. On this page you may update the email associated with this membership account

NOTE: You may update the PARENT INFO associated with this membership account by clicking on the PARENT INFO tab on the MEMBER PROFILE page.

How do I change my Login and Password to Webpoint? | BACK TO WEBPOINT FAQ

1. When logged into your Webpoint account go to MEMBER AREA on left hand tool bar, click to expand

2. Next, go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS on left hand tool bar

3. This will prompt you to change your Login and Password
