Registration season has arrived for youth volleyball

It's that time of year that your club administrator is getting ready for the 2018 season and lets you know you need to renew your membership, or join for the first time. Some USA Volleyball Regions will open registration for the 2018 playing season on Sept. 1, while others will follow soon after.

USA Volleyball's things to know as you register

  • How can I join USA Volleyball?
  • Answer: You may locate your Region for registration/membership renewal by going here and clicking on your location on the map. When you join a Region, you automatically become a member of USA Volleyball.

  • What do I need to do to transfer to a new region?
  • Answer: Please contact both regions to request a transfer. Regional contact information can be found here.

  • How do I change my membership from a player to a coach?
  • I purchased the wrong membership. What should I do?
  • I would like a refund. What should I do?
  • I have a question about my referee/scorer certification and need assistance.
  • Why was my officials certification cancelled?
  • Who can help me update my _____ in the system as it is incorrect?

    Answer: You will need to contact your regional office as they will better be able to assist you with your request/question.

  • Is my membership active or up to date?
  • How do I get my user account unlocked?
  • How do I get login information for my account?
  • When logging in to my account another member of my family’s information shows. How do I get to the correct account?
  • My email has changed and I am unable to retrieve my login information. Who can assist?
  • I received two emails and want to make sure that my account was not charged twice.
  • I have a question about my background screen.
  • I would like to receive a copy of my background screen results.
  • I would like to dispute my background screen results.
  • Answer: Send an email to and they will be able to assist you with your request/question. Please include the member’s name and date of birth so they can find the correct account in our system.

  • How do I change my email in my account?
  • Answer: You may update your email by logging in to your account and going to the MEMBER AREA tab and selecting MEMBER PROFILE. Modifications to member profile information can be made in the lower part of that screen.

  • How do I print off my membership card or find my member number?
  • Answer: You may print off your membership card or find your member number by logging into your account, clicking on the MEMBER AREA tab on the left and then the Print Member Card tab.

  • Please remove me from your email distribution list.
  • Answer: You may update your email preferences by logging in to your account and going to the member profile tab. From there click on the communication tab across the top to update your preferences.
