Virtual Tri Stacked Logo Small

The Time to Tri Virtual Triathlon is the world’s first entirely online swim, bike and run event that allows you to seamlessly sync your workout devices to the Time to Tri Virtual Triathlon results and leaderboard. Virtual triathlon allows for anyone, with any level of experience, to compete in a triathlon at their own pace. You will have the convenience of swimming, biking and running the distance of a sprint triathlon on your own schedule anywhere in the world — indoors or outside. Do the distance all at once like a traditional triathlon or break it into small goals a few times a week. The beauty of a virtual triathlon is the flexibility. If you have ever been interested in competing in a triathlon but have yet to race in an event the time is now!

Date: Nov. 1 - Dec. 1, 2019

The Time to Tri Virtual Triathlon is free for participants. For a donation of $35 to the USA Triathlon Foundation, you will receive a finishers package that will include a finisher medal and a race T-shirt. 100 percent of the proceeds from this donation will be directed back to the USA Triathlon Foundation to support their mission of “Opening Pathways to Triathlon For All.” You will be able to make this donation as part of the registration process. You’ll need a GPS-enabled device, phone or smartwatch to record your workout. Basic swim, bike and run gear or access to a stationary bike, pool or treadmill is all you really need to participate. Visit this page to learn more about triathlon equipment. You can link compatible devices to your Time to Tri Virtual Triathlon profile and it will track and upload for you. The platform supports Apple Health, Fitbit, MapMyFitness, Strava, Suunto, Google Fit, Polar, RunKeeper, Misfit, and Garmin apps devices!
