Sport Discipline: Triathlon,Duathlon

Most memorable moment in your multisport career: After coaching my mom, watching her finish her first triathlon with her arms up in the air! Personally - it was finishing my 2nd Ironman with my best time ever, and I knew it was very likely my lifetime PR (it still is!) although I was close a few years later!

Sport Career Highlights: 7 time Ironman finisher, 9 time Boston Marathon finisher with PRs of 10:23 (Florida 2010) and 3:04 (Boston 2011) respectively.  Coaching athletes to do better than my bests now!
