About Rose: I am a mom who found triathlon in her silver years and learned how to swim at 54 years of age. I am a professional who travels often for work. I have a passion for people, triathlon and inspiring others into a life of fitness.  In my spare time, I crochet, fund-raise for cancer research and am a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Sport Discipline: Triathlon

Most memorable moment in your multisport career: Crossing the finish line of my only full distance triathlon (140.6) with my grand-daughters in Atlantic City, NJ; 2014.  2nd most memorable was crossing the finish line at ITU Long Distance World Championship in Penticton, CA; 2017.

Sport Career Highlights: Qualifying for Team USA Long Course, 2018 & 2017, Qualifying for Ironman 70.3 Championship 2018, USAT Regional Mid-Atlantic Champion in 2017, Boston Marathon 1996 (100th Running) 1994
