Gloria (Califf) Sthay

About Gloria: My athletic career began as a young adult and spans four decades, consisting of events from fun runs to seven full Ironman triathlons. I have had the privilege of racing in international races as well as small home town fun runs. After completing seven Ironman races successfully, I began to mentor and encourage others to join the athletic lifestyle through writing and speaking to groups. My passion is to help budding athletes understand that they too can become a successful athlete.
