Most memorable moment in your multisport career: Years ago, I was at a swim meet and after about age 65 all the swimmers started their races from the deck or in the water. But, then this fellow at age 90 or so, slowly made his way up onto the starting block. You could have heard a pin drop as he made his way up the steps. Then, predictably, the place went nuts. And, he hadn't even gotten wet yet. I immediately decided I wanted to be that guy someday.

Sport Career Highlights: Crossing the finish line holding a US flag for Team USA in Denmark, Canada and China.  Being so inspired by the competitors while working an aid station for an Ironman race that I trained for and completed Ironman Florida a year later.  Completing about ninety triathlons and aquathlons over 35+ years - my first triathlon was in 1982!
