Meet Lindsay

Lindsay has had a passion for fitness and endurance sports all her life. She uses her passion and knowledge to motivate athletes to be their best and help them reach their potential. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA, a Certified USA Triathlon Level II Coach, Training Peaks Level 2 Certified Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor and NESTA Nutrition Coach. She has experience coaching athletes of all levels, for all distances – from a 5k to 100 miles, sprint triathlon to IRONMAN and everything in-between.

Triathlon has been an important piece of my life for 20 years and has a become my full-time career. It has made me a much stronger person physically and mentally, and I love sharing my passion for triathlon with others.


The Workout: Total Body Strength with Bands

A 60-minute total body strength session delivered via zoom. All you will need are swim cords or resistance bands. All levels are welcome - modifications will be provided for more advanced movements.
