Event Travel Assistance
Through the grant we received from the Department of Veterans Affairs, we are able to offer limited travel assistance to our military veterans and active-duty service members who are competing in key ITU elite events in 2017 as well as the National Championship. The events we are able to provide funding to are:
- CAMTRI Paratriathlon Championships
- USA Paratriathlon National Championships
Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
Athletes who are eligible to receive a travel grant must be placed on the specific event's start list. Once an eligible athlete has been confirmed on the start list, USAT will reach out to the respective athlete with the amount of travel assistance available as well as information on how and when to submit for reimbursement. Please be aware that this travel assistance program is only for current or former U.S. military paratriathletes.
