Coach Mentoring - The Rocky Mountain Region is initiating a coach mentoring program for youth and junior coaches in the RMR. This is a one on one practical, educational and informational opportunity for emerging or experienced coaches to spend with the RMR Athlete Development Coordinator and a team of young athletes.  Participants will learn about program design, athlete testing, long term athlete development, coaching techniques, team training sessions, seasonal planning, etc.  They will also spend time helping to coach a High Performance Team of youth and juniors.
