By Alice Foeller, Beginner Triathlete | Jan. 17, 2018, 7:06 p.m. (ET)

Triathlon for Everyone interviews USA Triathlon Certified Coach Dave Burgess of Podium Training Systems about how to choose the right distance of triathlon. We also discuss whether "moving up to the next level" is really the best mindset. We cover the basics of distances, as well as more advanced concepts.
