COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The nation’s premier endurance sports conference is back!

USA Triathlon’s fourth-annual Endurance Exchange returns in January 2023, and it’s returning to its original in-person format. The three-day convention takes place Jan. 23-26 in Austin, Texas.

Endurance Exchange gives coaches, race directors, club leaders, athletes, officials and others in multisport the opportunity to network with and learn from industry experts and attendees about a variety of topics. Below are testimonials on how past Endurance Exchange attendees have benefited from the conference:

Jen Myers, ATP Triathlon Coach

"This is one of the better conferences that I've been to. Everybody's so open and humble and wants to help you as a coach and share knowledge. You will walk away with so much more than you walked in with. You owe it to your athletes and your fellow coaches to pass on that value and that knowledge."

Kyle Jensen, Kronos Triathlon Club Coach

"The thing about this conference is the people that you get to meet. You learn real-world knowledge that is super applicable to the industry and the exact situations that I experience on a daily basis."

Eric Byrnes, 2020 Endurance Exchange Keynote Speaker

"Every year there's new technology and innovations that we need to stay up with. These are advantageous for us to learn. It's all part of the process of expanding the sport and expanding everything we do within the community."

Victoria Brumfield, USA Triathlon Interim CEO

“Endurance Exchange is the place to be. It's a place to learn, to network, and to share best practices. It's the best way to kick off the year. Every day starts with a fun workout, whether it's conditioning or runs or maybe a bike. It is a great experience to stay physically fit and have a bit of fun along the way.”

Mike Reilly, Triathlon Business International Co-founder

“It's about the businesses of triathlon, it's about creating better events for our participants. It's about being a better vendor, about being a better coach. You want to improve every year at what you do, and this conference will help you jumpstart that for the year.

"Listen to your peers about what they do at their event, how they run their businesses. Everybody is very sharing here. You learn from a peer in the business. You gotta be at this conference to learn from your peers."

Andre Quirino, Multirace LLC Race Director

"It's a major networking place to be. They're all your friends. Every time you go home, you bring back something interesting and you apply that to your own events. Definitely come. Come and you're going to learn a lot about marketing and sponsorship. That's the bread and butter for your events. You gotta be here."
