COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — USA Triathlon clubs from across the country won national titles in five divisions on Saturday, June 25, at the USA Triathlon Club National Championships, while standout family pairs took home titles in the inaugural Family Championship.

Held in conjunction with the 16th Annual Loveland Lake to Lake Triathlon in Loveland, Colorado, once again Columbia Multisport led the way to pick up its ninth Division I club title in the past 13 years. Columbia Multisport earned 213 points to take home the gold. The Boulder Triathlon Club of claimed top honors in Division II with 125 points, while the Rock Tri Club stood out in a close race in Division III with 79 points. Fort Collins-based Northern Colorado Triathlon Club won the Division IV title with 341points, and the Greeley Triathlon Club picked up 179 points to win Division V.

A total of 19 teams and more than 730 athletes took part in the event, which featured a sprint-distance and Olympic-distance triathlon in addition to an aquabike event. Clubs competed in five divisions based on their membership size, and club members earned points based on their finishes in any of the five races offered on the day. Prize money was awarded to the top three clubs in each division.

USA Triathlon has served more than 1,000 official clubs for the past two years. To find a club in your area, visit and check out the new USA Triathlon Club Directory.

Held alongside the Club National Championships, the Family National Championships recognized the best family pairs in two age divisions: pairs that are 80 combined years of age and younger and 81-plus combined years of age and older. Family National Championship awards were based on the sprint race, which covered an 800-yard swim, 15-mile bike and 4-mile run course. National champions were crowned for pairings of brothers, fathers and daughters, fathers and sons, mothers and daughters and spouses. A complete listing of national champions is available below.
